How long does it take to go live?

Most practices are fully operational within 48 hours. The setup checklist on your dashboard walks you through creating your practice, connecting a number, configuring services, adding providers, and connecting Google Calendar.

Does the AI prescribe or give clinical advice?

No. Never. The AI handles operational workflows only — booking, intake, messaging, refill request capture, payments. Every clinical decision (including refill approvals) is made by your licensed providers, always with full audit trail.
