Patient messaging walkthrough
Patient messaging — A patient asks a clinical question. See secure routing, clinician-composed reply, and the SLA timer. Encrypted patient–clinician messaging with SLA tracking and staff handoff. The clinician composes — no AI clinical replies. Patient messages are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Read receipts are clinician-side only — patients don't see whether staff opened the thread before replying. Messages are not indexed for marketing, analytics, or model training. SLA tracking is operational; clinical urgency triage stays with your team. What XOLVARA does not do here: We don't have AI compose clinical replies. The clinician writes the reply. We don't suggest diagnoses, treatment options, or severity scoring. We don't share message threads outside the BAA-covered subprocessor list. We don't summarize message threads with AI without explicit practice opt-in.
